A fantastic opportunity to work for an established IFA based in Nuneaton. We are seeking an experienced, personable and enthusiastic Financial Administrator to join our team.

The right person will quickly become an integral part of the smooth running of the business and key to our continued growth.

You must have a keen eye for detail and be committed to offering outstanding customer service.

As an IFA Administrator, you will be responsible for providing full administrative support to the IFAs where your duties will include; processing new business, quotations, valuations and preparing packs for client meetings. The role will involve high levels of client servicing, database management, client correspondence and regular contact directly with clients and providers.

Successful candidates will have experience of working in an Adviser support role with exposure to all areas of Financial Planning including pensions and investments. Applicants should have the ability to demonstrate excellent financial knowledge, awareness of current markets and an understanding of the industry regulations.

Requirements

  • Experience as an Administrator working in a Financial Advisory firm

  • Knowledge and experience of Intelligent Office would be extremely beneficial

  • Knowledge of various investment platforms, in particular, Standard life Wrap

  • Team player with an enthusiastic and positive attitude

  • Able to meet deadlines and work under pressure

  • The ability to work on your own initiative

Working Hours

Working hours will be 9:00 am to 5:00pm Monday to Thursday and 8:30am to 4:30pm Fridays.

Salary depending on experience.
