Martin has been working in the financial services industry for over 20 years. He specialises in advising High Net Worth Individuals in a variety of areas such as investment advice, complex pension planning using SSAS and SIPP structures and Inheritance Tax Planning.
Martin holds the Pension Planning AF3 qualification required by pension specialists and is authorised to advise on defined benefit pension schemes.
Outside of work Martin is an active member of the Round Table, he is also a keen golfer and enjoys travelling.

David has worked in financial services since 1996 and has held roles in an advisory capacity as well as account management for leading insurance companies such as Scottish Widows, Friends Life and Aegon.
David joined the company in 2010 helping Martin Lindsey to develop the practice and is now the Compliance Director devoting much of his time to this role. David retains some client relationships and his areas of expertise include personal investment, pension investment and corporate financial advice. The financial services qualification that David has achieved is the Diploma in Financial Planning.
Outside of work David enjoys keeping fit most days through running, swimming and the gym. David also enjoys the odd game of badminton and in the winter, if his knees allow it, David is a keen skier.
Natalie Sheahan

Natalie has worked in the financial services industry for over 15 years. In Natalie's role as Operations Director, she oversees the running of the business and implements important and necessary processes. She is also on the Investment Committee board who review our clients' funds on a regular basis.
The financial services qualification that Natalie has achieved is the Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning. She has also achieved her Pension Planning AF3 qualification required by pension specialists and is working towards becoming Chartered.
Outside of work Natalie enjoys camping and water sports, she also loves to travel.

Guy has worked in the Financial Services sector for over 30 years having joined straight from University.
He has joined us from Standard Life, where he spent 20 years building up a wealth of experience and technical expertise in Pensions, Investments, Tax and Trusts.
Guy has been appointed as Head of Strategic Partnerships and is responsible for managing the relationship between Integrity Wealth Solutions and our strategic partners, with a view to supporting both them and their clients.
Outside of work Guy enjoys spending time with friends and family, as well as keeping fit playing Racquetball and tennis, and occasionally hacks round a golf course .

Building on his prior Financial Planning role at HSBC, Jim joined the company in 2012 specialising in pension and investment advice as well as business and personal protection.
Jim holds the Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning.
Jim coaches his eldest son’s football team and for the last few years has used marathon running to keep fit and to support his chosen local charity with fundraising.

Tom has worked in Financial Services since graduating from university a decade ago, joining us in 2016 from Mattioli Woods.
Tom holds a Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning and is working towards chartered status, with an industry background in holistically advising business owners and high net worth individuals on their corporate and personal financial planning matters.
Tom is committed to ensuring his clients receive the best possible outcome and service regardless of the financial matter in question, and spends time building and maintaining strong professional relationships with other financial professionals such as fund managers, solicitors, accountants, insurance brokers and specialist mortgage advisors to this end.
Outside of work, Tom loves to spend time with his young family. He also has a passion for driving (spending free evenings on track where possible), and keeping fit.

Frankie joined the company in 2018, having worked in Financial Services since graduating from University in 2014.
As a qualified Independent Financial Planner, Frankie holds the Level 4 Diploma and is currently studying towards achieving Chartered status. With her area of expertise being Inheritance Tax planning, she offers specialist advice around Trusts and Tax Planning solutions, but also having a depth of knowledge in more generalist areas such as retirement planning and investments.

Balpreet has been working in Financial Services since 2016, having come from an accounting background and achieving her Association of Accounting Technicians (AAT) qualification, she has worked her way up through the financial services industry gaining a wealth of experience along the way.
This was recently recognised when she was named a finalist of Coventry & Warwickshire First’s Young Professional of the year 2020 award.

As a qualified Independent Financial consultant, Balpreet has a holistic approach, which means she will consider both your financial and personal position to provide trusted advice.

Tim joined the IWS team in May 2023, having worked in the financial services industry since 2003 for household names such as CIS and NatWest, he holds the Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning and brings with him a wealth of knowledge and experience. Tim enjoys getting to know his clients so that he can build a clear understanding of their needs and goals, with many of them becoming friends over the years.
Outside of work, Tim enjoys spending time with family and friends with the majority of his free time being spent with his children and walking the family dog. He’s also an avid supporter of Leicester City Football Club and watching Formula 1.

Louise has a degree in Geography and Business Studies and has passed numerous financial services exams.
Outside of work Louise enjoys travelling and experiencing new countries as well as spending time with her family and friends. Louise also enjoys walking.

Sian began working with us at the beginning of 2016 and has progressed to working within the Paraplanning Team. Her current role involves writing the reports for all Defined Benefit Pension evaluations. Sian is also on the Firm's Investment Committee.
Sian has a degree in Psychology (BSc) and has recently attained the Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning.
Outside of work Sian enjoys exercising and visits the gym regularly. She also enjoys visiting different places and walking with her dogs, Olly and Dougie.
