The onset of the Coronavirus pandemic has touched us all, and it is likely that it may go on for some time to come.
As an “Essential Firm” we will continue to have a skeleton staff working at our office dealing with post, telephone and email enquiries. Our remaining staff are now working remotely from home using secure networks, meaning we will continue to be fully committed to supporting our clients as we all navigate through this very difficult time. In these unprecedented times, we have also implemented the use of GoToMeetings so your adviser will be able to conduct your meetings with the use of video and audio links. This enables you to attend your meetings, as before but from the comfort and safety of your own home.
Due to restrictions, we are now only receiving our post on a weekly basis, however it is not known how long this service will continue, as such we would encourage clients to email where possible. We will continue to send sensitive information to you securely and inform you of the relevant passwords you will need.
For clients who access our Standard Life Wrap platform to view their investments, please note that our novation has now completed from SFB onto the IWS Standard Life platform. As a result, you may experience some difficulties logging in. Standard Life were due to redirect the URL from the old site to the new one but unfortunately this hasn’t happened yet.
